T302 - Founders' Memorial update

An aerial view of the Founders' Memorial station site.

Another aerial view of the station site.

On National Day, we conducted a virtual tour on the SG MRT Construction (SgMC) Instagram channel. During the tour, we covered several stations along the Thomson-East Coast Line and we'll be featuring some additional shots that we hadn't showcased on the Instagram channel during the tour.

An aerial view, seen roughly from the north-west corner of the station. The southern exit and
skylight wells are also visible, as is part of the northern exit.

An aerial view from directly north of the station site.

An aerial view from the north-eastern corner of the station. Skylight wells over the concourse &
platform area can be seen from this angle.

A close up view of the southern exit of the station. The concrete columns to the right of the exit
are the skylight wells.

A view of the ancillary building and northern exit in the midground while the southern exit can be
seen in the background.

A close up view of the northern exit which will be co-located with a cooling tower facility, seen on
the right.

Another view, with a better angle on the back of house facilities to the right.

Based on the available structures at street level, it appears that there will be 2 exits and at least 1 ancillary building for back of house equipment. Back-filling has since been completed and some areas are undergoing re-turfing while roadway reinstatement is also progressing.
