Additionally, tenders have been called for a number of civil construction contracts under the East Coast Line. Notably, the contract for the construction of Marine Parade station and tunnels was closed on 6th July but subsequently reopened and further extended to 3rd August. The following contracts have been opened for tender:
- T302 - Rapid Transit System facility building (future Gardens Bay East station) & tunnels
- T303 - Tanjong Rhu station & cut-and-cover tunnels
- T305 - Katong Park station & bored tunnels
- T307 - Marine Parade station & tunnels
- T308 - Marine Terrace station & tunnels
- T310 - Bayshore station & tunnels
- T313 - Xilin station for Downtown Line 3 extension & tunnels
